You can cancel up to SEVEN days before your tour without any penalties. We can refund your deposit or we can apply it as credit to a future excursion.
In the case of bad weather (determined by the captain) we will contact you via telephone or email and alert you if we have to reschedule or cancel your tour. You will then have the option of having your deposit refunded OR applied as credit.
If there is a NO SHOW we will not refund your deposit and you will have to book another tour based on availability.
CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS:
If there are any cruise ship itinerary changes that prevents you from going on your tour at the scheduled time we will issue a refund. However you have up to 24 HOURS before your scheduled tour to alert us without penalty. If we are alerted after the 24 hours you will not be issued a refund. Please note when booking a tour, you need to schedule your tour an hour after your cruise ship is scheduled to arrive.

If I book online is my tour confirmed?
Your tour is not confirmed unless you contact us and leave a deposit. If no deposit has been made, your spot will be taken.
Are drinks/food served on the tour?
We do not serve beverages or food on the tour. You are however allowed to bring anything you would like to drink (non-alcoholic/alcoholic) and eat on the tour with you. You also have the option of emailing us a list of items you would like on your tour at least 48 HOURS before your tour. Your captain will pick these items up for you and provide you with a receipt where you can reimburse him.
Where are you picked up from?
We pick you up from the following locations:-
Nassau Ferry Terminal (Paradise Island guests)
Senor Frogs-Cruise Wharf (Cruise ship passengers)
Melia Beach (Next to the Jet Skis) (Baha Mar guests)
Melia beach-Next to the Jetskis (Melia guests)
Goodmans Bay Jet Ski Ramp (Cable beach guests)
Westwind 1 & Westwind 2 beaches (West Wind guests)
If you are staying at an Air bnb we will inform you of the closest pickup location. If your bnb is located on the beach (If we can access it) we will pick you up from the beach behind it.
Do you provide the snorkeling gear?
We do provide the snorkeling gear at no additional cost. We provide the snorkels, masks and vests. No fins. We have vests to fit all ages.
Please note that while we would like to accommodate every guest sometimes the activities and vessels themselves can be a small challenge for persons who have mobility issues or weight concerns. We strongly advise that if you do have mobility issues or weight concerns to please bring it to our attention immediately before booking your tour so that we can advise you on how to proceed.
